Photos

When you book an appointment, you agree to have photos and videos taken of your hair before, during and after your appointment. These photos and videos may be used on social media, websites, for portfolio purposes and for documentation of services.

Illness

If you are sick, please do not attend your appointment. If you do attend your appointment with symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled.

Tardiness

If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as you know. Each appointment comes with a ten-minute grace period. Your appointment will be priced according to your appointment time, not to your arrival time.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours is given, a cancellation fee of up to 45% of the original service fee will be required before booking your next appointment.

Refunds and Re-Dos

It is with confidence that I can guarantee satisfaction on all services I provide. The end of each appointment will include time and opportunity for feedback on your service, and I will make adjustments as needed. If the service does not live up to the consultation agreement, please contact me within one week of your appointment and I will make adjustments at no charge to you. No refunds will be given.
